摘  要:为了方便高炉操作和检修人员上高炉炉顶巡检,以及设备维护和检修作业,目前越来越多的炼铁高炉增加了客货电梯的功能。大部分的大型高炉四周都被出铁场以及重力除尘器等构筑物包围,导致增加的电梯井筒要远离高炉本体,需通过大跨距桁架将电梯井筒和高炉炉顶各层平台进行连接,在施工时难度较大。本文以国内某钢铁企业2000m^(3)高炉在大修改造时增加电梯井筒及桁架工程为例,对高炉电梯井筒和大跨距桁架安装工程的施工工艺进行了研究,并提出了主要施工步骤及关键点把控措施。In order to facilitate the operation and maintenance personnel of the blast furnace to go to the top of the blast furnace for patrol inspection, as well as equipment maintenance and overhaul, more and more iron making blast furnaces have added the of passenger and freight elevators function at present.Most large blast furnaces are surrounded by cast house, gravity precipitator and other structures, resulting in the increased elevator shaft being far away from the blast furnace body, it is necessary to connect the elevator shaft with the platforms on the top of the blast furnace through long span corridor, which is difficult to construct. This paper takes the project of adding elevator shaft and corridor to a 2000m^(3) blast furnace in a domestic iron and steel enterprise during its major modification as an example, the construction craftwork of the installation project of the elevator shaft and large-span corridor of the blast furnace is studied, and the main construction steps and key points control measures are proposed.
