高效高压水除鳞系统在天钢高速线材厂的应用

摘　　要：天钢高速线材厂的两台高速线材轧机均从美国摩根公司进口,主要生产优质碳素结构钢、低合金钢、合金结构钢等优质钢,这些优质钢对表面质量要求极高。为了清除红钢坯表面氧化铁,加装了一套高效高压水除磷系统。该系统采用一拖二控制,可以满足两条高速线材轧机的生产需要。本文对高效高压水除鳞系统的技术特点、技术方案、操作要点及系统保护进行了介绍。通过变频器和PLC控制该系统可实现除鳞高压泵压力自动调节,除磷面积比大于98%,避免了氧化铁造成的表面麻点和结疤,提高了线材的表面质量,消除了质量异议。The two high speed wire rod rolling mills of Tiangang High Speed Wire Rod Plant are all imported from American Morgan Company, which mainly produce high-quality carbon structural steel, low alloy steel, alloy structural steel and other high-quality steels, these high-quality steels have highly requirements for surface quality. In order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of red steel billet, a set of high-efficiency high-pressure water descaling system has been installed. The system adopts one driven two control, which can meet the production needs of two high-speed wire rod rolling mills. This paper introduces the technical characteristics, technical scheme, the key points of operation and system protection of the high-efficiency high-pressure water descaling system. The system can realize automatic pressure regulation of descaling high-pressure pump by control of the frequency converter and the PLC,the descaling area ratio is more than 98%, avoids the surface pockmarks and scabs caused by iron oxide, improves the surface quality of the wire rod, and eliminates the quality objection.
