摘  要:通过对冷轧硬板进行不同退火保温时间的实验,研究退火保温时间对汽车用冷轧无间隙原子钢(简称IF钢)最终组织、性能和织构的影响规律,以寻找IF钢的最佳退火保温时间。结果表明退火保温时间延长,屈服强度、抗拉强度变化不大,延伸率、塑性应变比和平面各向异性指数提高。在退火织构中,{111}<112>织构强度最高且含量最多,{111}<110>织构和{112}<110>织构稍弱,{001}织构的含量极少。根据上述实验结论,提出了通过保温3min后的连续退火,可以获得性能良好的汽车用冷轧IF钢。Through experiments with different annealing holding time on cold-rolled hard plates,the influence of annealing holding time on the final microstructure,performance and texture of cold rolled interstitial free atomic steel(referred to as IF steel) for automobiles was studied,in order to find the best annealing holding time for IF steel. The results show that with the increase of annealing holding time,the yield strength and tensile strength have a little change,and the elongation,plastic strain ratio and plane anisotropy index increase. Among the annealed textures,{111}<112> texture has the highest intensity and the highest content,{111}<110>and {112}<110> texture are slightly weaker,and{001} texture content is very small. According to the above experimental conclusions, it is proposed that cold rolled IF steel for automobile with good performance can be obtained by continuous annealing after holding time for 3min.
