摘  要:酒钢公司收到客户反馈的410S不锈钢表面麻点质量异议,经观察分析,客户提供的410S不锈钢质量异议样板及其金属制品表面的麻点缺陷属于典型的不锈钢点蚀形态。本文根据质量异议样板的化学成分和金相检测结果,结合点腐蚀理论和生产实践,对410S不锈钢表面麻点缺陷的产生原因进行了分析。通过酸洗实验,确定麻点缺陷的产生是因客户酸洗溶液中含有较多的Cl-所致,并非产品质量问题。客户采纳了酒钢公司的建议,停止使用盐酸酸洗,410S不锈钢酸洗板再未出现点蚀的质量问题。Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company received the quality objections of the hemp point on the410S stainless steel surface from customer feedback, through observation and analysis, the hemp point defects on the surface of 410S stainless steel quality objection sample plate and metal products provided by customers belong to typical stainless steel pitting corrosion form. According to the chemical composition and metallographic test results of the quality objection sample plate, combined with the pitting corrosion theory and production practice, this paper analyzes generate cause of the surface hemp point defects of 410S stainless steel. Through pickling experiment, it is determined that the hemp point defect is caused by more Cl-in the customer’s pickling solution, it is not a product quality problem. The customer adopts the suggestion of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company and stopped using hydrochloric pickling, the410S stainless steel pickling plate no longer had the quality problem of pitting corrosion.
