摘  要:低硅硅铁中杂质种类较多,成分波动较大,导致试样较难溶解,试样溶解不完全会导致其中Fe元素含量分析结果不准确。本文探讨了采用化学法测定低硅硅铁中Fe元素含量的方法,针对化学法存在的问题提出了调整溶样方法、优化硝酸和氢氟酸的加入量等一系列改进措施。通过改进措施的实施,解决了试样难溶解的问题,另外采用重铬酸钾滴定法对低硅硅铁中Fe元素含量进行测定,提高了分析数据的准确度(分析偏差≤0.50%)。通过跟踪数据分析,该方法具有很好的稳定性和可重复性,能够满足分析要求。同时该方法还可推广应用到其他合金材料的Fe元素含量分析中。There are many kinds of impurities in ferrosilicon with low silicon content, and composition fluctuations is large, which leads to difficult dissolution of the sample, and incomplete dissolution of the sample will lead to inaccurate analysis results of Fe element content in sample. This paper discusses the method of determining Fe element content in ferrosilicon with low silicon content by chemical method,and puts forward a series of improvement measures such as adjusting the dissolution method the sample,optimizing the addition amount of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid and other. Through the implementation of the improvement measures, the problem that difficult dissolution of the sample has been solved, in addition the potassium dichromate titration method was used to determine the Fe element content in ferrosilicon with low silicon content, which improved the accuracy of the analytical data(analytical deviation 0.50%). Through tracking data statistics, this method have good stability and reproducibility, it can meet the analysis requirements. At the same time, the method can also be extended and applied to the Fe element content analysis in other alloy materials.
