摘 要:烧结矿生产过程中会产生许多高温烟气,而利用这部分热量进行发电已经列入国家重点节能技术推广项目,这是钢铁企业节能、降本、增效的一条有效途径。某钢铁企业建有152m^(2)步进式烧结机,为了充分回收利用烧结余热、降低烧结工序能耗,决定开展烧结余热发电工程建设项目。本文介绍了该企业152m^(2)步进式烧结机的概况,以及余热发电系统设备组成和工艺流程,着重分析了烧结余热发电设施在设计、施工、运行中值得注意的关键技术,并对步进式烧结机余热发电的发展作了前瞻性的探讨。A lot of high-temperature flue gas will be produced in the production process of sinter, and the use of this part of the heat for power generation has been included in the national key energy-saving technology promotion project, this is an effective way for iron and steel enterprises to save energy, reduce costs and increase benefits. A steel enterprise has built a 152m^(2) step sintering machine, in order to fully recover and utilize the sintering waste heat and reduce the energy consumption of the sintering productive process, it decided to carry out the construction project of power generation by sintering waste heat.This paper introduces the general situation of the 152m^(2) step sintering machine in the enterprise, as well as the equipment composition and process flow of the waste heat power generation system, emphatically analyzes the key technologies of deserve attention in the design, construction and operation of the waste heat power generation facilities, and makes a forward-looking discussion on the development of the waste heat power generation of the step sintering machine.
