摘 要:综述了在现有转炉一次烟气除尘工艺基础上,实现一次烟气超低排放的几种改造方式,并提出了二次、三次烟气除尘改造提升的途径。现有转炉一次烟气湿法除尘工艺(OG法)可通过“OG+湿法电除尘、OG+高效净化尘雾分离器、OG+相变凝聚塔+高效模式除尘器、OG+声波团聚除尘”的任一改造方式实现超低排放。一次烟气干法除尘工艺(LT法)可通过“LT+布袋除尘、LT+煤冷塔前移”的任一改造方式实现超低排放。二次、三次除尘可通过“除尘器扩容、布袋改型”实现超低排放。本文为钢铁企业转炉烟气除尘超低排放改造提供了一定的工程依据与经验。Based on primary flue gas dust removal technology of the existing converter, several renovation methods to achieve ultra-low emission of the primary flue gas are synthetically narrated,and the path of renovation and upgrading of second times and three times flue gas dust removal is put forward.The existing converter primary flue gas wet dust removal technology(OG method) can achieve ultra-low emission by any of the transformation methods of "OG+ wet process electric dust removal, OG+ high efficiency dust purification separator, OG+ phase change condensing tower + high efficiency mode dust collector, OG+ acoustic agglomeration dust removal". The primary flue gas dry dust removal technology(LT method) can achieve ultra-low emission by any of the transformation methods of "LT + cloth bag dust removal, LT + forward movement of coal gas cooling tower". The second times and three times flue gas can achieve ultra-low emission by "capacity expansion of dust collector and modification of cloth bag ". This paper provides a certain engineering basis and experience for the ultra-low emission transformation of converter flue gas dust removal of iron and steel enterprises.
