摘　　要：本文介绍了新天钢联合特钢有限公司烧结系统设备运行情况,阐述了烧结系统设备管理工作的重要性,总结了近年来烧结系统设备的一些好的管理工作经验,在此基础上,提出了今后新天钢联合特钢有限公司烧结系统设备的管理工作思路,为健全和完善烧结系统设备管理机制提供借鉴。通过对烧结系统设备管理工作的分析、总结,使得新天钢联合特钢有限公司烧结设备管理模式更加完善、设备管理制度更加健全,提高了设备的检修质量和运转效率,保障了设备运行的稳定性和可靠性。This paper introduces the operation situation of sintering system equipment in New Tiangang United Special Steel Co., Ltd., expounds the importance of the management work of sintering system equipment, summarizes some good management work experience of sintering system equipment in recent years,and on this basis, puts forward the management working idea of sintering system equipment in New Tiangang United Special Steel Co., Ltd. in the future, which provides reference for healthiness and perfecting the management mechanism of sintering system equipment. Through the analysis and summary of the equipment management work of the sintering system, the sintering equipment management mode is more perfect,and the equipment management system is more healthiness in New Tiangang United Special Steel Co., Ltd. are more perfect, the maintenance quality and operation efficiency of equipment are improved, and the stability and reliability of equipment operation are guaranteed.
