摘 要:测量不确定度是评价试验结果可信程度的重要参数。针对商用冷柜总能量消耗试验,在介绍检验方法的基础上,分析影响测量不确定度的主要分量,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果显示:商用冷柜总能量消耗检测结果的相对扩展不确定度为0.7%,其中试验包温度测量、环境温度测量和稳压电源的输入电压是主要影响因素,电参数表功率校准的影响可以忽略不计。研究结果可为商用冷柜性能试验的测量不确定度评定提供参考。Measurement uncertainty is an important parameter to evaluate the reliabil-ity of test results. Aiming at the total energy consumption test of commercial refrigerated cabinet, based on the introduction of the inspection method, the main components affecting the measurement uncertainty are analyzed, and the synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty are calculated. The results show that the relative expanded uncertainty of the test results of the total energy consumption of commercial refrigerated cabinets is 0.7%, in which the main influencing factors are the temperature measurement of the test package, followed by the ambient temperature measurement and the input voltage of the regulated power supply. The influence of the electrical parameter meter can be ignored. The relevant conclusions can provide reference for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty of commercial refrigerator performance test.
