摘　　要：转子式压缩机的接线端子失效会导致空调售后故障瘫痪,严重时会导致空调外机烧毁等事故发生。通过对接线端子的售后故障案例进行研究分析,端子打火是接线端子失效的主要表现,压缩机在极端运行条件下可能会触发端子冲出。其根本原因是接线端子电气绝缘不良、玻璃体失效和压缩机异常运行等,通过充氮焊接、建立恒温恒湿的无尘车间、提高接线盒盖的密封性、完善出货耐压检验设备以及采用硅胶陶瓷的接线端子等措施,可有效预防接线端子不良故障的发生及流出。The failure of the terminals of the rotor compressor will lead to the post-sale failure and paralysis of the air conditioner.In serious cases,accidents such as the burning of the external air conditioner will occur.Through the research and analysis of the terminal after sale failure cases,the terminal fire is the main performance of terminal failure,and extreme conditions may result in terminals bursting out.The root cause is the bad electrical insulation of the terminal,the failure of the glass body and the abnormal operation of the compressor,etc.The occurrence and outflow of the terminal fault can be effectively prevented by nitrogen filling welding,establishing the dust-free workshop with constant temperature and humidity,improving the sealing property of the junction box cover,establishing the pressure testing equipment for shipment and using silica gel ceramic terminal.
