摘　　要：本文介绍一种简易的取材装置,能快速获得直径约1 mm的透射电镜样品,操作简便、实用;超微结构保存良好。该装置为动物脏器电镜样品取材,提供了一种新的方法。A sampling device can quickly obtain transmission electron microscopic sample with a diameter of 1 mm.the ultrastructure of tissues was well preserved.The instrument can provide a simple and practical method for sampling electron microscopic samples of animal organs.
