新社会阶层人士践行“两山”理念发挥社会治理优势研究

摘　　要：新社会阶层人士是新时代社会治理的主体之一,对推动经济社会发展、构建社会治理共同体具有不可替代的作用,其践行“两山”理念,有利于推动绿色发展方式和生活方式形成,有利于在构建社会治理共同体中形成“两山”理念的共同体意识,但是存在组织困境和嵌入困境。增强新社会阶层人士的“两山”理念意识,凝聚新社会阶层人士践行“两山”理念的合力,需要构建“两山”理念的意识形态框架,夯实新社会阶层的合力,促进新社会阶层人士认同与践行“两山”理念。People from the new social classes are one of the main bodies of social governance in the new era,which plays an irreplaceable role in promoting economic and social development and building a social governance community,and their practice of the“two mountains”concept is conducive to promoting the formation of green development methods and lifestyles,and is conducive to forming a community consciousness of the“two mountains”concept in the construction of social governance community,but there are organizational difficulties and embedding dilemmas.To enhance the awareness of the“two mountains”concept of people from new social classes and unite the joint force of people from new social classes to practice the“two mountains”concept,it is necessary to build the ideological framework of the“two mountains”concept,consolidate the synergy of new social classes,and promote the recognition and practice of the“two mountains”concept by people from new social classes.
