摘  要:目的 研究水葱 Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani(Gmel.)Palla 根茎的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶、聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20 等柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、核磁共振波谱和质谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从水葱根茎水提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为4-羟基-6-甲基-2H-吡喃-2-酮(1)、4-乙烯基苯酚(2)、香叶木素(3)、5-羟基-7,4’-二甲氧基黄酮(4)、5-羟基-3,7,4’-三甲氧基黄酮(5)、5,7,3’,4’-四甲氧基黄酮(6)、7,3’,4’-三羟基二氢黄酮(7)、熊果酸(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)、葡萄糖(11)和蔗糖(12)。结论 化合物 1 为新天然产物,化合物 2~8为首次从莎草科植物中分离得到,化合物 9~12为首次从水葱中分离得到。Objective To determine the chemical constituents of rhizome of Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani (Gmel.) Palla.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by a combination of column chromatographies including silica gel,polyamide and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were elucidated by physiochemical properties,NMR and MS analysis.Results Totally 12 compounds were obtained from the water extract of rhizome of Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani (Gmel.) Palla and identified as 4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one (1),4-vinylphenol (2),diosmetin (3),5-hydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone (4),5-hydroxy-3,7,4’-trimethoxyflavone (5),5,7,3’,4’-tetramethoxyflavanone (6),7,3’,4’-trihydroxyflavanone (7),ursolic acid (8),β-sitosterol (9),daucosterol (10),glucose (11) and sucrose (12),respectively.Conclusion Compound 1 is a new natural product.Compounds 2~8 have been isolated from Cyperaceae family for the first time.Compounds 9~12 have been firstly isolated from Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani (Gmel.) Palla.
