摘 要:目的研究摘蕾对三七药材中皂苷含量的影响。方法采用HPLC法测定建水、文山两产地摘蕾、留籽三七中5种皂苷成分(三七皂苷R_(1)、人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb_(1)、人参皂苷Rd)的含量,分析摘蕾对各成分含量的影响。结果摘蕾对三七皂苷R_(1)(P<0.01),人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Rb_(1)(P<0.05)的含量有显著影响,留籽三七中三七皂苷R_(1),人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Rb_(1)、人参皂苷Rd的含量分别比摘蕾三七提高96.37%、42.29%、24.62%、7.47%,摘蕾和留籽三七中5种单体皂苷所占比例分别为7∶48∶5∶34∶6、10∶50∶3∶32∶5;两产地三七中各单体皂苷成分含量及占比也存在差异;摘蕾与产地的交互作用对三七皂苷R_(1)(P<0.05),人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Rb_(1)、人参皂苷Rd(P<0.01)的含量有显著影响。结论产地与摘蕾显著影响三七皂苷类成分;与摘蕾相比,留籽三七中三七皂苷R_(1)、人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Rb_(1)含量显著提高;摘蕾后5种单体皂苷成分占比发生明显改变。Objective To determine the effect of inflorescence removal on the content of saponins in notoginseng radix et Rhizome.Methods The content of 5 saponins(notoginsenoside R_(1),ginsenoside Rg_(1),ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb_(1),and ginsenoside Rd)undergoing inflorescence removal and seed retention in Jianshui and Wenshan was determined by HPLC.The effect of inflorescence removal on different components was analyzed.Results Inflorescence removal had significant differences on the content of notoginsenoside R_(1)(P<0.01),ginsenoside Rg_(1) and ginsenoside Rb_(1)(P<0.05).The content of notoginsenoside R_(1),ginsenoside Rg_(1),ginsenoside Rb_(1) and ginsenoside Rd in the seed retained notoginseng radix et Rhizome increased by 96.37%,42.29%,24.62%and 7.47%respectively,as compared with inflorescence removed notoginseng radix et Rhizome.The proportions of 5 major monomer saponins in inflorescence removed and seed retained notoginseng radix et Rhizome were 7∶48∶5∶34∶6 and 10∶50∶3∶32∶5 respectively.The content and proportion of saponins in notoginseng radix et Rhizome from the two areas were different.The interaction between producing region and inflorescence removal had significant influence on the content of notoginsenoside R_(1)(P<0.05),ginsenoside Rg_(1),ginsenoside Rb_(1) and ginsenoside Rd(P<0.01).Conclusion Producing region and inflorescence removal have significant effect on the content of saponins in notoginseng radix et Rhizome.Seed retention can greatly increase the content of notoginsenoside R_(1),ginsenoside Rg_(1) and ginsenoside Rb_(1) as compared with that of inflorescence removal,and the proportion of 5 monomer saponins changes obviously.
