摘 要:为解决花生捡拾联合收获机摘果喂入过程中荚果易破碎、秧果易拥堵等问题,设计了一种用于花生捡拾联合收获机摘果系统的螺旋喂入装置。通过对花生植株喂入输送过程分析,确定了摘果滚筒螺旋喂入头、锥形套筒的设计参数。以挖掘条铺并经田间自然晾晒3天的花生植株为试验对象,以荚果破碎率为试验指标,以摘果滚筒转速、喂入量、喂入间隙为试验因素进行试验台试验。试验结果表明:当摘果滚筒转速483.962r/min、喂入量3.176kg/s、喂入间隙9.529mm时,破碎率达到最小值为0.228%。经田间试验验证,整机花生荚果破碎率≤1.2%,满足花生低损收获要求。研究可为我国花生捡拾联合收获机喂入及摘果系统的研究提供理论和实践依据。In order to solve the problems of easy breakage of pods and easy congestion of seedling and fruit in the process of picking and feeding peanut combine harvester,a spiral feeding device for picking fruit system of peanut picker combined harvester was designed.Through the analysis of peanut plant feeding and conveying process,the design parameters of spiral feeding head and conical sleeve of picking drum were determined.Peanut plants paved by strip digging and naturally dried in the field for 3 days were used as test objects,and the broken rate of pods was used as test index,and the rotation speed of picking drum,feeding amount and feeding gap were used as test factors.The experimental results show that when the rotation speed of fruit picking drum was 483.962 r/min,the feeding amount was 3.176 kg/s,and the feeding gap was 9.529 mm,the minimum crushing rate reached 0.228%.The field test showed that the crushing rate of peanut pods was≤1.2%,which met the requirements of low-loss peanut harvest.The research results can provide theoretical and practical basis for the study of feeding and picking system of peanut combine harvester in China.
