摘 要:针对大规模农场晒粮无场地、储粮损失大的问题,设计了小麦智能烘干仓储一体机。与传统存储方法进行对比试验,对储粮效果与经济效益进行了比较分析,结果表明:小麦智能烘干仓储一体化机能够实现高水分小麦安全存储,较传统方法存储净减损率为6.74%,质量减损率为2.98%,减损效果明显;较传统方法存储节约成本61.87元/t,且不受传统晾晒场地和天气条件的限制;小麦可在蜡熟末期收获,小麦籽粒千粒质量提高约1.16g,可增加小麦产量约300kg/hm^(2),增产效果明显。The wheat intelligent drying and storage integrated machine is designed to solve the problems of large-scale farm drying without space and large loss of grain storage.Through the comparative test between the machine and the traditional method of drying and storage of wheat,the storage effect and economic benefits are compared.The results show that the wheat intelligent drying and storage integrated machine can realize the safe storage of high moisture wheat,which is better than the traditional method of storage.The results showed that the net storage loss rate was 6.74%,the quality loss rate was 2.98%,the loss effect is obvious;compared with the traditional storage method,the cost is saved by 61.87 yuan/t,and it is not limited by the traditional drying field and weather conditions;the wheat could be harvested at the end of stage of wax ripeness,the thousand grain weight of wheat increased by about 1.16g,and the wheat yield increased by about 300kg/hm^(2).
