摘 要:分析了我国萝卜收获机械的发展现状,对现有常用机型的性能进行了比较研究。为提高东北大红萝卜的机械化收获作业效率,结合其种植模式和收获工艺,设计了一种挖掘式大红萝卜收获机,主要由圆盘割刀、挖掘捡拾滚、辅助捡拾滚及输送清选机构等部分组成。工作时,收获机可以将萝卜的茎叶与根部分离,完成萝卜的挖掘、去土和集果等作业。对挖掘捡拾机构进行了数学建模及力学分析,确定了挖掘捡拾滚的转速为180r/min,辅助捡拾滚的转速为270r/min。收获机的研发为其它根茎作物收获提供了可借鉴的经验和方法。This paper analyzes the development status of Raphanus Sativus in China,and makes a comparative study on the performance of existing commonly used models.In order to improve the mechanized harvesting efficiency of Northeast Raphanus Sativus,this paper designs a Digging Raphanus Sativus harvester combined with the Raphanus Sativus’s planting mode and harvesting process.The harvester is mainly composed of disc cutters,excavating picking rollers,auxiliary picking rollers,conveying and cleaning mechanisms and other parts.During the work,the harvester can separate the stems and leaves of the Raphanus Sativus from the roots,and complete operations such as digging,soil removal and fruit collection of Raphanus Sativus.Based on Mathematical modeling and mechanical analysis of the digging and picking mechanism,it is determined that the rotation speed of the digging and picking roller is180r/min and the speed of the auxiliary pick-up roller is 270r/min.The research and development of this harvester provides a reference experience and methods for the harvest of other rhizome crops.
