摘 要:基于自制的燕麦收获机,设计了清选装置试验台,并以主离心风机转速、副离心风机转速、振动筛频率为试验因素,以籽粒含杂率和清选损失率为指标,进行了室内台架试验。单因素试验确定了各因素的取值范围,多元回归试验建立了回归模型,利用MatLab求解出最佳参数组合为主离心风机转速1439 r/min、副离心风机转速1796 r/min、振动筛频率5.9 Hz,对应的籽粒含杂率为1.32%,清选损失率为0.80%。经试验验证,最佳参数组合可信。田间试验表明:在最佳参数组合下,籽粒含杂率1.30%,清选损失率0.82%,装置清选性能良好,满足实际收获要求。Based on the homemade oat harvester,the test bench of the cleaning device was designed.The revolving speed of its main and the secondary centrifugal fan,and the frequency of vibrating sieve were tested as influencing factors.The ratios of impurity and loss were used as indicators.Based on these elements,the bench test was carried out.the range of values for each factor is determined by single-factor experiment.the regression model is established by the multiple regression experiment,the optimal combination of parameters calculated by MatLab was 1439r/min of the main centrifugal fan,1796 r/min of the secondary centrifugal fan and 5.9 Hz of the frequency of vibrating screen.The relevant ratios of impurity and loss were respectively 1.30%and 0.82%.after experiments,these optimal parameters were credible.Field test was carried out using the best parameter combination,the grain impurity ratio was 1.30%and the loss ratio was 0.82%,the device had good cleaning performance and met the actual harvesting requirements.
