摘 要:针对残膜回收机存在的根茬难处理、残膜漏捡和作业效果不佳等问题,设计了一种集根茬处理和残膜回收功能于一体的组合式残膜回收机,并阐述了其整机结构与工作原理。以机具前进速度、起膜铲入土深度、拾膜滚筒与齿链拾膜机构转速比为试验因素,残膜回收率和缠膜率为试验目标,进行了三因素三水平响应面试验,并运用Design-expert软件优化分析。结果表明:对于残膜回收率和缠膜率均是转速比影响最大,起膜铲入土深度影响最小。试验验证结果表明:当机具前进速度为6km/h、起膜铲入土深度56mm、转速比1.47时,为最佳工作参数组合,且理论值与实际值相对误差较小,优化结果可靠,可为残膜回收机具工作参数选择提供参考。In view of the problems of stubble difficult treatment,residual film leakage and poor operation effect of residual film recovery machine,a combined residual film recovery machine with stubble treatment and residual film recovery function was designed,and its structure and working principle were described.Taking the forward speed of the machine,the depth of the film lifting shovel into the soil,the speed ratio of the film collecting roller and the gear chain film collecting mechanism as the test factors,and the residual film recovery rate and film wrapping rate as the test objectives,the three factor and three level response surface test was carried out,and the optimization analysis was carried out by using the design expert software.The results show that the rotation speed ratio has the greatest influence on the recovery rate of residual film and the film wrapping rate,and the shovel depth has the least influence.The results show that the best combination of working parameters is when the forward speed of the machine is 6km/h,the digging depth of the film is 56mm,and the speed ratio is 1.47.The field test shows that the relative error between the theoretical value and the actual value is small,and the optimization result is reliable,which can provide a reference for the selection of working parameters of the residual film recovery machine.
