摘  要:针对水稻浸种催芽过程中由于通气不良导致水稻芽种有氧呼吸差、水稻芽种出芽率低甚至发生“烧种”、“烂芽”等问题,设计了一种自动增氧小型水稻浸种催芽箱,既可以弥补传统的水稻浸种催芽法的设备弊端,又可以满足对自动化和小型化可操控设备的需求。进行水稻浸种催芽试验,以温度、通气时间、通气频率为影响因素,以出芽率作为评价指标进行正交试验,采用响应面分析法对结果进行优化。结果表明:水稻浸种催芽最佳技术参数为温度34.8℃、通气时间34.8min、通气频率10.2min/次,此时水稻出芽率为97.89%。Aiming at the problems of poor aeration and low germination rate of rice buds during the process of rice seed soaking and accelerating germination,the research and design of a small-scale automatic oxygen-enriching rice seed soaking and accelerating germination rate is low.The box can not only make up for the disadvantages of the traditional rice seed soaking and accelerating germination method,but also meet the demand for automation and miniaturized controllable equipment.Carry out rice seed soaking and accelerating germination experiment,taking temperature,aeration time,and aeration frequency as influencing factors,and germination rate as evaluation index.Orthogonal experiment was carried out,and the results were optimized by response surface analysis.The test results show that the best technical parameters for rice seed soaking and accelerating germination are:temperature 34.8℃,aeration time 34.8min,and aeration frequency 10.2min.At this time,the germination rate of rice is 97.89%.
