摘 要:为高效发挥农用发动机工作性能,在充分了解曲轴机构组成与作业特性的基础上,基于复合涡轮增压方式建立曲轴机构优化的动力学数学模型,以寻求最优解的思想进行曲轴主要组件的结构参数优化与最佳性能控制实现,并展开发动机性能优化试验。试验结果表明:经曲轴机构优化的发动机,实现了大大降低曲轴机构应力分布率的目标,相对降低率为19.86%,保证了曲轴机构运转传递的效率;整机运行稳定性与结构紧凑度均有所提升,有效功率提高到90%以上,具有很好的实际推广价值,有利于农机装备动力系统的创新研究。In view of the efficient performance of agricultural engine,on the basis of fully understanding the composition and operation characteristics of the crankshaft mechanism,the dynamic mathematical model of crankshaft mechanism optimization was established based on the compound turbo-charging mode.The structural parameters optimization and optimal performance control of the main components of the crankshaft were carried out with the idea of seeking the optimal solution.The adaptive relationship between actions of crankshaft mechanism and the support of compound turbo-charging technology was ensured to the driven static working condition angle,and then the engine performance optimization test was carried out.The results showed that the optimized engine could greatly reduce the stress distribution rate of crankshaft mechanism,the relative reduction rate was 19.86%,which ensured the efficiency of crankshaft mechanism operation and transmission,and the overall operation stability and structural compactness were improved,and the effective power was increased to more than 90%,the concept that based on the combination of compound turbo-charging and crankshaft mechanism optimization had good practical popularization,which would be conducive to the innovation and progress of agricultural machinery power system.
