摘 要:以农用增压式发动机为研究对象,对发动机润滑系统故障进行分析,确定发动机润滑系统内滤清器破裂的主要原因是调节阀打开和关闭过程中油道内的压力波动。为此,通过调节阀门设计参数,改善调节阀动作过程中油道内的的压力波动,从而降低滤清器破裂概率。分析结果表明:当润滑系统调节阀采用滤清器前端泄压、感应孔直径为8mm、设定3个承压面时,润滑系统主油道内的压力波动范围明显缩小,同时阀芯位移波动范围较小。This paper takes the agricultural turbocharged engine is taken as the research object,and the fault of the engine lubrication system is analyzed.It is concluded that the main cause of the filter rupture in the engine lubrication system is the pressure fluctuation in the oil passage caused by the opening and closing of the regulating valve.By adjusting the design parameters of the valve,the pressure fluctuation in the oil passage of the regulating valve can be improved and the probability of filter rupture can be reduced.The analysis results show that when the front end of the filter is used to relieve the pressure of the control valve of the lubrication system,the diameter of the sensing hole is 8 mm,and three pressure bearing surfaces are set,the pressure fluctuation range in the main oil channel of the lubrication system is significantly reduced,and the fluctuation range of the valve core displacement is small.
