摘 要:针对燕麦草谷比大、清选困难导致籽粒含杂率高,影响机械化收获质量及后续加工的难题,提出了一种基于双风机的清选方法。利用空气动力学原理,根据燕麦脱出物清选特性,设计了一种燕麦双风机—振动筛清选装置,主要由振动筛、主离心风机及副离心风机等组成,可通过在清选室后部增加辅助清选装置,增强装置的排杂性能,防止杂余透筛而影响籽粒清洁率。利用ANSYS-fluent软件进行了仿真试验,对比分析了单风机和双风机清选装置的流场特点,结果表明:双风机振动筛清选装置能减小尾筛部位湍流现象,有效提高尾筛部位竖直气流速度,设计合理。In order to solve the problems such as the high grain-straw ratio and the difficulty to clean,which will affect the quality of mechanized harvest and subsequent processing,a two fan-based cleaning method is proposed,based on the aerodynamic principle and the cleaning characteristics of oat detritus,a two fan-vibrating sieve cleaning device for oats wsa designed.This device mainly consists of vibrating sieve,main centrifugal fan and secondary centrifugal fan,etc.By adding an auxiliary cleaning device at the rear of the cleaning room,the extraction components removal performance of the device is enhanced to prevent the extraction components from penetrating the sieve and affecting the seed cleaning rate.ANSYS-fluent software was used to simulate the test,and the flow field characteristics of the single fan and two fans cleaning device were compared and analyzed.The test results showed that the two fans vibrating screen cleaning device can reduce the turbulence phenomenon in the tail screen area and effectively improve the vertical air velocity in the tail screen area,and the design of the two fans vibrating screen cleaning device is reasonable.
