摘　　要：为探索联合收割机空间异面交错多滚筒系统在复杂传递下的动平衡问题,以国产横置切流与纵置轴流组合式多滚筒谷物联合收割机的空间异面交错脱粒系统为研究对象,设计了一种空间交错的多滚筒试验台及其配套的电路控制系统。试验台主要用于测试脱粒滚筒在多种工况下的动平衡,可以实现对长轴滚筒的现场动平衡试验、短轴滚筒动平衡试验以及多滚筒并联时的动平衡试验。工作时,各个脱粒滚筒之间的传递方式包括带传动、链传动和锥齿轮传动,也可以根据所研究的侧重点和方向改变相应的传递方式。此外,脱粒滚筒系统内部各个转动单元均在不同平面内传递动力,组成了一个空间异面交错结构,这对空间异面交错系统的动平衡研究具有重要意义。In order to explore the dynamic balance problem of the spatially different-sided staggered multi-drum system on the combine harvester under complex transfer,this paper took the spatially different-sided staggered threshing system of the domestically-made transverse tangential flow and vertical axial flow combined multi-drum grain combine harvester as the object,a space staggered multi-roller test bench and its supporting circuit control system were designed.The test bench is mainly used to test the dynamic balance of the threshing drum under various working conditions,and can realize the on-site dynamic balance test of the long shaft drum,the short shaft drum dynamic balance test,and the dynamic balance test of multiple drums in parallel.The transmission modes between the various threshing drums include belt transmission,chain transmission and bevel gear transmission.The corresponding transmission mode can also be changed according to the focus and direction of the research.In addition,each rotating unit in the threshing drum system transmits power in different planes,forming a spatially different-surface staggered structure,which is of great significance for the study of dynamic balance of the spatially different-sided staggered system.
