摘  要:针对目前国内韭菜、茼蒿及芹菜等茎叶菜的收割、打捆、加工、包装过程中劳动强度大、收获效率低、费时费力、尚未完全实现机械化等问题,根据农艺要求,设计了一种自动茎叶菜打捆装置。装置由机架、传送带、电机、传动链条、夹持装置、缠绕装置及钩针等部分组成,能够一次性完成茎叶菜打捆工序,提高了茎叶菜收获的效率,降低茎叶菜的生产成本。首先,进行茎叶菜打捆机的总体方案设计,并对缠绕装置、夹持装置、钩针及链条等关键部件进行设计分析及校核计算。通过样机试制,进行主要茎叶菜韭菜打捆正交试验研究,结果表明:当喂入量为1.1kg/s、打捆速度为6r/min、缠绕位置距离为100mm的组合为较优组合,在打捆过程中不会对韭菜造成损害,打捆效果较好,满足对韭菜打捆的基本作业要求。In view of stem-leaf vegetable harvesting,bundling,processing,packaging process have large labor intensity,low harvest efficiency,time-consuming and laborious,not yet fully mechanized.In this study,an automatic stem-leaf vegetable baling device was designed according to agronomic requirements.The device is composed of a rack,a conveyor belt,a motor,a transmission chain,a clamping device,a winding device and a crochet.It can complete the reaping and binding process of leek at one time and improve the efficiency of the stem-leaf vegetable harvest.At the same time,it also reduces the production cost of stem-leaf vegetable.Firstly,the overall design scheme of the baling machine was determined,the 3D modeling of the whole machine was carried out,and the key components such as winding device,clamping device,crochet needle and chain were designed and analyzed and checked and calculated.The experimental results showed that the best combination was the combination of feed rate of 1.1 kg/s,binding speed of 6 r/min,and the distance of winding position 100 mm,and the leek strapping machine would not cause damage to the leek during the baling process.Bundling works better and the binding machine meets the basic operation requirements of the stem-leaf vegetable.
