摘  要:为进一步提升我国农作物收割机的智能化通信水平,全面提高其收割效率,融合当前引领先进的5G网络技术,针对智能收割机的通信系统进行了优化。以收割机主要结构组成与通信原理为切入点,以5G网络技术为支撑,结合智能收割机作业功能需求,设定智能精准收割和信息高速解码为分解因素,建立用于收割机智能通信的核心理论模型,通过核心软件模块优化与硬件适应配置形成高速率通信系统。同时,展开收割作业试验,结果表明:采用5G网络技术的收割机通信系统,通信准确率与通信速率分别相对提升了9.19%与9.98%,收割损失率降低了6.20%,体现了5G网络技术的应用优势。该智能收割机的综合收割效率提升至91.84%,优化效果明显,具有很好的推广价值。In order to further improve the intelligent communication level of the crop harvester in China and comprehensively improve its harvesting efficiency,the communication system of intelligent harvester was optimized by integrating the current leading advanced 5 G network technology.Taking the main structure and communication principle of the harvester as the breakthrough point,supported by 5 G network technology,combined with the functional requirements of intelligent harvester,intelligent precision harvesting and high-speed information decoding were set as decomposition factors,and the core theoretical model for intelligent communication of harvester was established.Through the optimization of core software modules and the adaptive configuration of hardware,the high-speed communication system was formed,at the same time the harvest was carried.The results showed that: the communication accuracy and communication rate of the harvester communication system with 5G network technology were increased by 9.19% and 9.98% respectively,and the loss rate of harvesting crops was reduced by 6.20%,which had reflected the application advantages of 5G network technology.The comprehensive harvesting efficiency of the intelligent harvester could be increased to 91.84%,and the optimization effect was obvious,which would be a good reference value for the improvement of other similar agricultural machinery harvesting equipment.
