摘 要:为提升农用发动机的有效功率,全面改善农机装备的综合作业效能,以有效功率的衡量概念为出发点,针对农用发动机的结构尺寸及布局展开设计。根据农用发动机主要结构间的连接关系,结合其效率性能需求,从发动机功率实现的化学能与机械能间的转化关系入手,建立适用于发动机有效功率提升的理论模型,并给予核心结构组件优化与功率提升控制分配实现。性能试验表明:基于有效功率提升理念的发动机结构设计,其燃油利用率与有效功率分别相对提升了9.43%与9.48%,综合作业效率相对提高了6.87%。设计后的发动机结构稳定性好,验证了基于有效功率提升设计理念的正确性与此性能试验的可行性,具有很好的实际推广价值。In order to deeply enhance the effective power of agricultural engines in China and improve the comprehensive operation efficiency of agricultural machinery equipment,the structural dimensions and layout of agricultural engines were designed based on the concept of effective power.According to the connection relationship between the main structures of the agricultural engine and its efficiency performance requirements,starting from the conversion relationship between chemical energy and mechanical energy realized by engine power,a theoretical model suitable for the effective power improvement of the engine was established,and the optimization of the core structure components and the distribution of power enhancement control were realized.Further performance tests showed that the fuel utilization and effective power were increased by 9.43%and 9.48%respectively through the engine structure design based on the concept of effective power improvement.The comprehensive operation efficiency of agricultural tractor with this kind of engine as the core power component was also increased by 6.87%.The engine structure stability after design was good,which verified the correctness of the design concept based on the effective power improvement and the feasibility of this performance test,and also would be popularized in practice very well in the development process of agricultural machinery equipment.
