摘  要:针对现有甘蔗联合收获机信息化水平低、相关参数监测系统缺乏等问题,设计了甘蔗联合收获机运行工况数传终端。通过对甘蔗联合收获机发动机参数、关键工作部件的扭矩与转速信息进行实时监测、自动记录并保存,从而实现作业质量的监测,且数传终端可将数据传至云平台,实现大量数据的存储和处理。试验台试验表明:数传终端能够建立一种连续、稳定、可靠的甘蔗联合收获机多信息采集方法,可有效地对收获机运行工况信息进行管理。Aiming at the problems of low level of informatization and lack of relevant parameter monitoring system of sugarcane combine harvester,a data transmission terminal for the operation condition of the harvester is designed.Through real-time monitoring,automatic recording and saving of the engine parameters,torque and speed information of the key working parts of the harvester,the operation quality monitoring can be realized.At the same time,the data transmission terminal can transmit the data to the cloud platform to realize the storage and processing of a large amount of data.The test results show that the data transmission terminal can establish a continuous,stable and reliable multi-information collection method for sugarcane combine harvester,and effectively manage the operation condition information of the harvester.
