摘  要:传统的联合收获机在收获过程中,因为水稻长势的不同导致喂入情况有较大的浮动,工作性能不稳定、脱粒装置适应性差,工作性能难以达到最佳状态,且低适应性的脱粒装置难以应对水稻的大规模集约化种植和品种的迅猛更新带来的新挑战。针对传统脱粒装置的局限性,研制了一种齿杆单动可变直径的脱粒滚筒,使脱粒装置既能调节脱粒齿杆的伸长量来调整脱粒间隙,又可以改善水稻物料在脱粒装置的输送效果,提升联合收割机脱粒装置的工作性能。同时,加工装配样机并进行伸长量调节准确性试验,结果表明:设计的齿杆单动变直径脱粒滚筒伸长量调节准确性达到100%,且调节灵活、方便,符合设计要求。The traditional combine harvester has a large fluctuation in the feeding situation due to the different growth of rice during the harvesting process,the working performance is unstable,the adaptability of the threshing device is poor,the working performance is difficult to reach the best state,and the threshing device with low adaptability is difficult to deal with the large-scale intensive planting of rice and the rapid renewal of varieties have brought new challenges.In view of the limitations of the traditional threshing device,a single-acting and variable diameter threshing drum was developed,so that the threshing device can not only adjust the elongation of the threshing gear to adjust the threshing gap,but also improve the conveying of rice materials in the threshing device.Effect,improve the working performance of the combine harvester threshing device.At the same time,the prototype was processed and the elongation adjustment accuracy test was carried out.The results showed that the designed rack bar single-action variable diameter threshing drum elongation adjustment accuracy reached 100%,and the adjustment was flexible and convenient,which could meet the design requirements.
