摘 要:为提高塑料大棚的抗风降温性能,优化提出了M型大棚。采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,围绕M型大棚、大跨度拱棚、双连栋拱棚,分别开展了不同风向角下的整体风压特性分析,并通过对棚身分区计算得到了风荷载体型系数和极值风压。研究结果表明:M型大棚在各风向角下的整体风压系数均小于大跨度拱棚和双连栋拱棚;随着风向角增大,各区域风荷载体型系数大致呈减小趋势,斜风向下出现局部高负压区域;M型大棚、大跨度拱棚、双连栋拱棚的风荷载体型系数最大值分别出现在30°、0°、0°风向角下,对应数值分别为-0.73、-1.28和-1.16,3种棚体的极值风压分别为0.296、0.518和0.470kPa。基于研究成果建造的M型大棚经受住了多次台风的考验,通过真实工程验证了M型大棚优越的抗风性能,为其推广应用提供了参考依据。In order to improve the wind resistance and cooling performance of plastic greenhouses,M-type shed was optimized.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method was used to analyze the overall wind pressure characteristics of M-type shed,large span arch shed and two-span shed under different wind directions.In addition,the shape coefficient and extreme wind pressure of wind load were obtained through the partition calculation of shed body.The results show that:the overall wind pressure coefficient of M-type shed is less than that of large span arch shed and two-span shed at each wind direction angle.With the increase of wind direction angle,the wind load shape coefficient in each area shows a decreasing trend,and the local high negative pressure area appears in the downwind;the maximum shape coefficient of wind load of M-type shed,large span arch shed and two-span appears at 30°,0°,0°wind direction angle,the corresponding values are-0.73,-1.28 and-1.16 respectively,and the extreme wind pressure of the three kinds of greenhouses are 0.296 kPa,0.518 kPa and 0.470 kPa respectively.Based on the research results of this paper,the M-type shed has withstood the test of many typhoons.The superior wind resistance performance is verified based on real engineering,which provides a reference for the popularization and application.
