摘 要:由于智能割草机结构复杂,电气设备较多,数据采集过程中容易出现信号提取和识别困难,受边界干扰和噪声干扰大,导致数据采集精度低,影响智能割草机工作性能。为解决智能割草机信号采集容易受干扰影响问题,将电路抗干扰技术应用在智能割草机上,设计了智能割草机的控制系统。通过分析割草机信号采集与处理存在的边界干扰和噪声干扰问题,完成了相邻边界抗干扰技术和抗噪声干扰技术的研究。同时,优化设计了传感器信号处理电路、主放大电路和数字信号采集电路,对割草机信号采集和处理过程中的相邻边界干扰和噪声干扰进行处理,最后进行相邻边界抗干扰性能测试。结果表明:运用电力电路抗干扰技术优化的智能割草机信号采集和处理具有较高的准确性,可以有效解决相邻边界干扰问题,从而大大提高了割草作业效率。With the increasing demand for lawn mowing,smart lawn mowers are used more and more in lawn mowing.However,due to the complex structure of the smart lawn mower and much electrical equipment,it is easy to encounter difficulties in signal extraction and identification during the data collection process,and it is subject to border interference and noise interference,resulting in low data collection accuracy and affecting the performance of the smart lawn mower.In order to solve the problem that the signal acquisition of intelligent lawn mowers is easily affected by interference,this article deeply studies the anti-interference technology of electronic circuits and applies it to intelligent lawn mowers.It studies and analyzes the control system of intelligent lawn mowers and analyzes the signal acquisition of lawn mowers.To deal with the existing boundary interference and noise interference problems,complete the research of adjacent boundary anti-interference technology and anti-noise interference technology,optimize the design of sensor signal processing circuit,main amplifying circuit and digital signal acquisition circuit.The adjacent boundary interference and noise interference in the processing process are processed,and the adjacent boundary anti-interference performance test is finally carried out.The test results show that the intelligent lawn mower signal acquisition and processing optimized by the power circuit anti-interference technology has high accuracy At the same time,it can effectively solve the problem of adjacent border interference and ensure the stable working performance of the intelligent lawn mower,thereby greatly improving the efficiency of mowing operations.
