摘 要:以硫铁矿制酸产生的酸性废水进行设计。此类废水中包含铁、铝、锰、铜、铅、砷等离子,还有硫酸等酸性物质,以及硫化物、氟化物,废水中含有多种杂质,处理难度大。使用化学法,采用中和沉淀、絮凝软化和过滤出水组合工艺处理,以保证铁、铝、锰、铜、铅、砷等离子的去除,同时控制废水的pH值。以中和沉淀、絮凝软化作为废水处理段的核心工艺,来去除杂质。设计出水执行GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中二类污染物-一切排污单位一级标准。The design is based on the acid wastewater produced by pyrite acid making.This kind of wastewater contains iron,aluminum,manganese,copper,lead,arsenic plasma,sulfuric acid and other acidic substances,as well as sulfide and fluoride.The wastewater contains a variety of impurities,which is difficult to treat.The combined process of arsenic neutralization,flocculation and pH control is adopted for the treatment of waste water to ensure the simultaneous removal of arsenic,copper and manganese.Neutralization and sedimentation are used as the core process of wastewater treatment section to remove impurities.The designed effluent shall comply with the class II pollutant-class I standard of all pollutant discharge units in GB8978-1996 integrated wastewater discharge standard.
