摘  要:本研究建立固相萃取结合高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用技术(SPE-HPLC-MS/MS)检测水中痕量抗生素-磺胺甲恶唑(SMX)。探究超高交联吸附树脂GC-15和复合功能吸附树脂GC-8两种树脂对SMX的吸附效率,研究pH值和反应时间对吸附效率的影响。实验结果表明,当树脂使用量为1 mL,温度20℃,吸附时间为0.5 h,SMX浓度5 mg·L^(-1)时,在酸性环境下的超高交联吸附树脂GC-15吸附效率最好。pH值为3.0时,吸附效率高达98.44%。Solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography-triple level IV bar mass spectrum(SPE-HPLC-MS/MS)were established to detect water trace antibiotic-sulfamethoxazole(SMX).The adsorption efficiency of SMX of super-high crosslink adsorption resin GC-15 and composite functional adsorbent resin GC-8 was investigated.The effects of pH and reaction time on adsorption efficiency was studied.The experimental results show that when the use amount of the resin is 1 mL,temper ature is 20℃,the adsorption time is half an hour,and the SMX concentration is 5 mg·L^(-1),the ultra-high GC-15 adsorption efficiency in acidic environment is best.When pH is 3.0,adsorption efficiency is up to 98.44%.
