摘 要:采用静电纺丝工艺和高温煅烧技术合成了CeO_(2)/CdO纳米棒,通过X射线衍射光谱法、拉曼光谱法、紫外可见光漫反射、扫描电子显微镜法以及透射电子显微镜法对该纳米棒进行了晶体结构、振动模式、光学性质、形貌和微观结构等方面的表征。纳米棒在可见光照射下对有机染料溶液(包括灿烂绿、结晶紫和直接黑38)表现出显著的光降解效果,其优异的光催化性能是由CdO优异催化活性与CeO_(2)的宽禁带能之间的协同作用引起的。此外,光催化机理还与超氧自由基和羟基自由基有关。CeO_(2)/CdO nanorods were effectively synthesized by a facile electrospinning technique and calcination process.The crystal structure,vibrational modes,optical property,morphology and microstructure of the CeO_(2)/CdO nanorods were determined by X-ray diffraction patterns,Raman spectroscopy,UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The nanorods showed remarkable photodegradation effects on organic dye solutions,including brilliant green,crystal violet and direct black 38,under visible light irradiation.The extraordinary photocatalytic behaviors were due to the synergistic effect between the prominent catalytic activity of CdO and the wide band gap energy of CeO_(2).In addition,the photocatalytic mechanisms were related to the free superoxide anion radicals and the hydroxyl radicals.
