摘  要:化工行业的传统精馏分离过程通常采用精馏塔进行,该类设备存在体积大、能耗高等缺点。超重力精馏是一种新型的传质强化分离技术,具有设备体积小、质量轻、低能耗等优点。本文综述了超重力精馏分离技术在传质性能的研究和相关行业利用的进展,通过设备性能和工艺参数的相互对比,体现了超重力精馏技术相比传统精馏分离的优越性。The traditional rectification separation process in the chemical industry is usually carried out by a rectification tower,which has the disadvantages of large equipment volume and high energy consumption.High gravity rectification is a new type of mass transfer enhancement technology,which has the advantages of small size,light weight and low energy consumption.In this paper,the research on the mass transfer performance of high gravity rectification separation technology and the progress of its application in related industries are reviewed.Through the comparison of equipment performance and process parameters,the advantages of high gravity rectification compared with traditional rectification technology are reflected.
