摘  要:以二甲胺为唯一碳源和氮源,利用梯度富集培养,从某化工园区污水处理厂曝气池的活性污泥中分离筛选出1株高效二甲胺降解菌株,经16S rDNA基因序列分析,菌落形态的观察和生理生化试验,可初步鉴定此株菌属于布鲁氏杆菌属(Brucellaceae bacterium),命名为D5,该菌株的最适生长和降解的pH值为7.0,D5能够明显提高活性污泥系统二甲胺降解活性,D5在生物膜法AO系统中最高二甲胺耐受质量浓度为4118 mg/L,此浓度下厌氧和好氧二甲胺最大降解速率分别为17.4 mg/(L·h)和105.3 mg/(L·h),当初始二甲胺质量浓度≥4338 mg/L时,菌株二甲胺降解活性将受到抑制。D5在降解二甲胺过程中氨氮的生成量占二甲胺的降解量的26.5%。In this paper,dimethylamine was used as the only carbon and nitrogen source,and a highly efficient dimethylamine degrading strain was isolated and screened from the activated sludge of the aeration tank of a sewage plant in a chemical park by gradient enrichment culture.Through 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis,colony morphology observation and physiological and biochemical test,it can be preliminarily identified that this strain belongs to brucellae bacterium,named D5.The optimum pH value for growth and degradation of this strain is 7.0,D5 can significantly improve the dimethylamine degradation activity of activated sludge system.The maximum dimethylamine tolerance concentration of D5 in biofilm AO system is 4118 mg/L.Under this concentration,the maximum degradation rates of anaerobic and aerobic dimethylamine are 17.4 mg/(L·h)and 105.3 mg/(L·h)respectively.When the initial dimethylamine concentration is≥4338 mg/L,the dimethylamine degradation activity of strain will be inhibited.During the degradation of dimethylamine by D5,the production of ammonia nitrogen accounts for 26.5%of the degradation of dimethylamine.
