摘 要:为探究压制成型温度对药柱内部质量及力学性能的影响,分别采用冷压和热压2种成型工艺将高聚物粘结炸药(PBX)的模拟材料压制成圆柱形药柱,并采用工业CT无损检测、巴西实验和扫描电镜检测等方法,对比研究了2种工艺成型药柱的内部质量、静态力学性能和细观破坏形式。结果表明,相对于冷压成型药柱,热压成型药柱的内部质量和静态力学性能更优。细观尺度上,冷压成型药柱的破坏形式为界面脱粘,热压成型药柱的破坏形式为穿晶断裂。In order to explore the influence of pressing forming temperature on the internal quality and mechanical properties of the grain,the simulated materials of polymer bonded explosive(PBX)were pressed into cylindrical grain by cold pressing process and hot pressing process respectively.The internal quality,static mechanical properties and meso damage forms of the grain formed by the two processes were compared by using industrial CT nondestructive testing,Brazilian experiment and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the internal quality and static mechanical properties of hot pressed grain are better than those of cold pressed grain.At the meso scale,the damage form of cold pressed grain is interface debonding,while that of hot pressed grain is transgranular fracture.
