摘 要:脱磷是转炉炼钢的基本任务和重要技术指标,脱磷效果直接影响转炉冶炼的生产稳顺和成本。基于此,通过现场取样、模拟试验及利用XRD、SEM、FactSage等手段分析了转炉脱磷机理,研究探讨了氧枪参数优化对含钛铁水脱磷效果的影响。研究结果表明:在相似条件下,氧压和供氧强度优化后,脱磷率由79.61%提高至83.6%,渣料消耗由53.75 kg/t降低至49.78 kg/t,出钢过程回磷率由17.8%降低至11.8%,日产炉数增大1.40炉次。可见氧枪参数优化后,转炉脱磷效果得到明显提高。Dephosphorization is the basic task and important technical demand,the effect of dephosphorization directly affects the production stability and cost of BOF(basic oxygen furnace)steelmaking.Therefore,the dephosphorization mechanism in BOF is analyzed by measures such as field sampling,experimental simulating and testing with XRD,SEM and FactSage,and the influence of parameter optimization of oxygen lance on dephosphorization effect of titanium-bearing hot metal is studied.The results show that after the oxygen pressure and oxygen supply intensity are optimized under similar conditions,the dephosphorization rate increases from 79.61%to 83.6%,the slag consumption decreases from 53.75 kg per ton steel to 49.78 kg per ton of steel,the rate of phosphorus backing from slag to molten steel during tapping process decreases from 17.8%to 11.8%,and the number of heats produced daily increases by 1.40 heats.It can be seen that the dephosphorization effect of BOF is improved obviously after the optimization of oxygen lance parameters.
