摘  要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和UMT摩擦磨损试验机等设备对不同表面处理的GCr15钢的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究和分析。结果表明:相比碳氮共渗处理的GCr15钢,碳氮共渗+低温渗硫处理后的GCr15钢表面形成了以FeS为主的渗硫层,摩擦因数和体积磨损率较未处理试样有明显降低,可显著提高轴承材料表面的抗擦伤、抗咬合的能力,从而延长轴承零部件的使用寿命。通过摩擦磨损表面形貌分析,磨损机制为磨粒磨损和黏着磨损。The friction and wear properties of GCr15 steel with different surface treatments were studied and analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and UMT friction and wear testing machine.The results show that compared with the carbonitriding treated GCr15 steel,the carbonitriding and low-temperature sulfurizing treated GCr15 steel surface has formed a sulfurizing layer dominated by FeS,and the friction coefficient and volume wear rate are significantly reduced compared with the untreated samples,which can significantly improve the anti-scratch and anti-seizure capabilities of the bearing material surface,thereby prolonging the service life of the bearing parts.Through the analysis of the friction and wear surface morphology,the wear mechanism is abrasive wear and adhesive wear.
