摘 要:利用袋式除尘器脉冲喷吹清灰系统实验,分别改变喷吹压力和脉冲宽度,测定分析角式快开阀、膜片式脉冲阀在不同参数下的喷吹量大小变化、喷吹波形变化、喷吹管内压力随距离的变化,滤袋内正压力峰值的变化。结果表明:同等条件下,角式快开阀的喷吹量、最高压力峰值、到达最高压力峰值的时间、喷吹管内和滤袋内的压力值的各项指标都不及膜片式脉冲阀,导致清灰性能不及膜片式脉冲阀,但角式快开阀在滤袋上最低压力峰值高于工程应用实测的最小压力峰值,满足相关喷吹需要。对于角式快开阀和膜片式脉冲阀,增加喷吹压力,均可显著提高整体清灰性能,但仅依靠增加脉冲宽度,则对其清灰性能几乎没有影响。Using the bag-filter pulse jet ash cleaning system test bench,change the jet pressure and pulse width,measure and analyze the jet of angle type quick opening valve and diaphragm type pulse valve under different parameters.The change of blowing volume,the change of blowing waveform,the change of the pressure in the blowing pipe with the distance,the change of the positive pressure peak in the filter bag.The results show that:under the same conditions,the angle-type quick-opening valve’s injection volume,the highest pressure peak,the time to reach the highest pressure peak,the pressure value in the injection pipe and the filter bag are not as good as the diaphragm pulse valve.The cleaning performance is not as good as the diaphragm pulse valve,but the lowest pressure peak of the angle type quick-opening valve on the filter bag is higher than the minimum pressure peak measured in engineering applications,which meets the relevant blowing needs.For the angle quick opening valve and diaphragm pulse valve,increasing the injection pressure can significantly improve the overall cleaning performance,but only relying on increasing the pulse width has almost no effect on its cleaning performance.
