摘  要:中小型感应电炉在熔炼过程中因加料、出铁等操作,部分逃逸烟气的捕集是现有电炉改造的难点。设计了一种对开式二次烟气捕集罩,并采用数值模拟的方法对捕集罩的气流组织和影响二次烟气捕集效果的主要影响因素进行了研究。研究结果表明,当送风温度为20℃时,通过增加排风口侧600 mm宽的导流板,在送排风风速组合为6.5 m/s和4.5 m/s、送风口倾角30°时的捕集效果较好。当空气幕气流温度提高时,送排风风速需要适当提高方可满足烟气捕集的效果。Small and medium-sized induction furnace in the melting process due to charging,iron discharge and other operations,part of the fugitive flue gas capture is the existing electric furnace transformation difficulties.In this paper,a split-type secondary flue gas trapping hood is designed,and the airflow organization of the trapping hood and the main influencing factors affecting the secondary flue gas trapping effect are studied by means of numerical simulation.The research results show that when the air supply temperature is 20℃,by increasing the 600 mm wide deflector plate on the side of the exhaust air outlet,the trapping effect is better when the air supply and exhaust air velocity is combined with 6.5 m/s and 4.5 m/s and the inclination angle of the air outlet is 30°.When the air curtain airflow temperature increases,the supply and exhaust air speed needs to be increased to meet the effect of flue gas capture.
