摘　　要：本文针对目前循环流化床焚烧炉改造炉排型焚烧炉的技术难点,提供一种节约投资、节约工期、节约资源的拆改技术方案。并以广东某垃圾发电厂实际改造项目为案例,介绍了各主要系统和主体结构的改造方案,为今后循环流化床焚烧炉改造炉排型焚烧炉,实现技术升级提供了一种方案参考。In view of the technical difficulties in the transformation of CFB incinerator into grate incinerator at present,this paper provides a demolition and transformation technical scheme to save investment,construction period and resources.Taking the actual transformation project of a garbage power plant in Guangdong Province as an example,the transformation scheme of each main system and main structure is introduced,which provides a scheme reference for the future transformation of CFB incinerator into grate incinerator and the realization of technical upgrading.
