摘  要:某印染工业污水处理厂扩建设计阶段,根据废水水质特性及处理要求,结合现状实际运行经验和关键环节的中试结果,在沿用现状污水处理工艺路线的基础上,积极稳妥地运用一些新工艺、新技术,对前物化、水解酸化、二级生化处理、芬顿高级氧化等污水处理工艺单元的类型及设计参数进行了优化,重点强化了二级生化处理效果,提高了处理效率,确保了处理效果,减少了能耗和药耗,降低了运行成本,能取得很好的经济效益和环境效益。In the expansion design stage of a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plant,according to the wastewater quality characteristics and treatment requirements,combined with the actual operation experience and the pilot test results of key links,on the basis of using the current wastewater treatment process route,actively and steadily apply some new processes and technologies to pre physicochemical,hydrolytic acidification,secondary biochemical treatment The types and design parameters of sewage treatment process units such as Fenton Advanced Oxidation have been optimized,focusing on strengthening the secondary biochemical treatment effect,improving the treatment efficiency,ensuring the treatment effect,reducing energy consumption and drug consumption,reducing operating costs,and achieving good economic and environmental benefits.
