摘 要:为探究不同支撑方式对模态分析的影响,使用2种弹性绳和棉花糖共3种方式支撑钢板,利用锤击法测试钢板在不同支撑条件下的模态参数,与有限元软件ANSYS计算出的钢板自由状态下的模态参数进行对比,实验结果接近,验证了有限元计算的准确性。对比不同支撑方式发现,支撑刚度越大,钢板的固有频率越高。实际应用中,改变设备的支撑刚度可以改变设备的固有频率,避开外界激励频率,防止工作中引发共振,损坏设备。In order to explore the influence of different support methods on modal analysis,two elastic ropes and marshmallow are used to support the steel plate.The modal parameters of the steel plate under different support conditions are tested by hammering method.Compared with the modal parameters of the steel plate under free state calculated by finite element software ANSYS,the experimental results are close to verify the accuracy of finite element calculation.Comparing different support methods,it is found that the greater the support stiffness,the higher the natural frequency of the steel plate.In practical application,changing the support stiffness of the equipment can change the natural frequency of the equipment,avoid the external excitation frequency,and prevent resonance and damage the equipment.
