摘 要:复烤企业近年来开始采用“直接复烤”技术,减少蒸汽使用量,从而降低成本,这使得复烤过程中合理设置干燥温度变得越来越重要。运用一次回归正交设计方法进行复烤干燥温度参数优化。首先以产地为云南的烟叶为研究对象,收集加工数据,然后按照正交设计的方法建立回归模型并检验,最后在实验范围内求解得到结果并进行了验证,为干燥区温度参数设置提供了依据。In recent years,redrying enterprises have begun to adopt the"direct redrying"technology to reduce the use of steam and reduce the cost,which makes it more and more important to reasonably set the drying temperature in the redrying process.A regression orthogonal design method is used to optimize the temperature parameters of redrying and drying.Firstly,the processing data of tobacco leaves from Yunnan were collected,and then the regression model was established and tested according to the method of orthogonal design.Finally,the results were solved and verified in the experimental range,which provided a basis for the setting of temperature parameters in the drying area.
