摘 要:以汽车防抱死系统关键部件球阀为研究对象,将球阀分为结构模型和流体模型分别定义,计算了球阀应力分布、位移曲线、速度等值线图、压强等值线图。改变流体模型输入端压强,观察求解结果的变化,进一步了解球阀模型在流场变化下的稳定性与稳定极限。对流体模型和结构模型的前处理设置、流固耦合接触面定义、协同仿真与后处理的研究,为汽车防抱死系统流固耦合问题与实际系统设计提供了参考。Taking the ball valve,the key component of the automobile anti-lock braking system,as the research object,the ball valve is divided into structural model and fluid model to be defined separately.The stress distribution,displacement curve,velocity contour map,and pressure contour map of the ball valve are calculated.Based on the change of the pressure at the input end of the fluid model and observing the changes in the solution results,you can further understand the stability and stability limit of the ball valve model under the change of the flow field;based on the pre-processing settings of the fluid model and the structural model,the definition of the fluidstructure coupling interface,co-simulation and post-processing,it provides theoretical guidance for the fluid-solid coupling problem of automobile anti-lock braking system and actual system design.
