摘　　要：本文首先梳理了近年北京市重点用能单位能源利用状况报告开展情况,并对2021年度重点用能单位分品种、分行业能源消费情况、重点行业能效水平及节能措施落实情况进行了具体分析。然后,从统一审核标准、常态化培训、预测预警分析、优化完善填报系统等方面阐述了北京市近年能源利用状况报告工作成效及亮点。最后,结合碳达峰碳中和工作背景,对能源利用状况报告工作提出了相关建议及措施。This paper first presents the work of energy utilization reports of key energy users in Beijing in recent years,and makes a specific analysis on the energy consumption of key energy users by category and industry,the energy efficiency level of key industries and the implementation of energy-saving measures in 2021.Then,from the aspects of unified audit standards,normalized training,prediction and early warning analysis,optimization and improvement of the system,this paper presents the achievements of the energy utilization report in recent years.Finally,combined with the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization,suggestions and measures are proposed for the work of energy utilization reports.
