摘　　要：烘、煮炉是垃圾焚烧电厂投运前的重要工序,直接影响炉墙浇注料强度和管道系统清洁度,因此需严格落实技术措施。同时针对垃圾焚烧锅炉特点,中低温烘炉根据升温曲线保持恒温一段时间,煮炉过程依据升压曲线保持恒压一段时间,可以实现两个过程的全程匹配,既节约燃料成本又节约工期,为类似工程提供参考。The important processes before the operation of the waste incineration power plant for drying and boiling furnace directly affect the strength of the furnace wall castable and the cleanness of the pipeline system,so technical measures should be strictly implemented.At the same time,according to the characteristics of waste incineration boiler,the medium and low temperature drying furnace shall be kept constant temperature for a period of time according to the temperature rise curve,and the boiling process shall be kept constant pressure for a period of time according to the pressure rise curve,which can realize the full name matching of the two processes,saving both fuel cost and construction period,and providing reference for similar projects.
