摘　　要：涂装工序VOCs物质主要来源于涂料中的含苯系物的有机溶剂、稀释剂等,主要污染物有苯系物、酣类、酮类、醇类等。根据废气排放量和排放目标,对三种组合工艺进行经济、技术比较,选择VOCs的处理工艺为“沸石转轮+催化燃烧CO”组合工艺。The VOCs in coating process mainly come from organic solvents and diluents containing benzene series in coating,and the main pollutants are benzene series,phenols,ketones,alcohols and so on.According to the exhaust emissions and emission targets,the three combined processes were compared economically and technically,and the VOCs treatment process was selected as"Zeolite runner+catalytic combustion CO"combined process.
