摘 要:本文采用DEA-Malquist指数分析方法,测算了2012—2020年珠三角的广州、深圳、珠海、佛山、东莞、江门、肇庆等七个城市的制造业全要素生产率。结果表明:在整体上珠三角七市制造业全要素生产率呈波动下降,其中技术进步下降明显,技术效率相对稳定;深圳、珠海、广州的制造业全要素生产率明显高于佛山、江门、东莞和肇庆;在制造业类别的全要素生产率中,深圳、广州、佛山、珠海、江门的技术密集型占优,佛山、珠海、江门的劳动密集型较高,广州、佛山、珠海的资本资源密集型居高。本文结论为推动技术进步、改善资源配置效率等方面提供了有益参考。Based on the data of the manufacturing industries from Guangdong Statistical Yearbook,this paper uses Malmquist DEA(data envelopment analysis)to estimate the total factor productivity(TFP)of manufacturing industry in seven cities of the Pearl River Delta including Guangzhou and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2020.Results show that the TFP of the studied areas has been fluctuated and declined,with an obvious decline in technological progress but relatively stable technical efficiency.The TFP of manufacturing industries in Shenzhen,Zhuhai and Guangzhou respectively is significantly higher than those in Foshan,Jiangmen,Dongguan and Zhaoqing.In terms of different industrial types,Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Foshan,Zhuhai and Jiangmen have higher TPF in their technology intensive industries;Foshan,Zhuhai and Jiangmen have higher TPF in their labor-intensive industries;and Guangzhou,Foshan and Zhuhai have higher TPF in their capital resource intensive industries.The conclusion of this paper is expected to provide policy enlightenment for promoting technological progress and improving the efficiency of resource allocation.
